Work at Camp

We are always looking for caring, energetic, and responsible individuals to join our team.

We offer a challenging and rewarding summer experience in an active environment, a chance to experience personal growth, and a great opportunity to help our campers learn about themselves, their faith and their peers. Most importantly, we are committed to hiring individuals who will consider their position at camp as more than a job. Camp life requires staff to give of themselves throughout the summer, to accept responsibility for the trust that parents place in us, and to be involved with all aspects of their campers' day. Our Staff is made up of Perm Staff (paid staff who are with us for the whole summer) and weekly Volunteer Staff.

Applications for Perm Staff...

Applications are due Friday February 24th

Returning Staff will be contacted by a member of the Directing Team to set up an informal conversation (in person or over the phone) about the possibility of returning to camp for another season. First Time Applicants will be contacted to set up an in person interview which will take place in Milton, Ontario on Saturday, March 3, 2012. If you know that you are uavailable on that date please let us know in your application. Due to high volume of application we cannot offer interviews to everyone.

Police Checks

A Police Records Check with Vulnerable Persons Screening is required for all staff who work at Ryerson Camp. First year staff members are required to submit a new check (2012). Returning Staff who have a PRC on file with Ryerson Camp that is less than 3 years old may use this in lieu of a new PRC.)
