On Ontario's South Coast Lake Erie, Ryerson Camp is a pleasant drive from Hamilton, Brantford and London. The site atop sandy bluffs is situated at the heart of 68 acres of beautiful mature Carolinian forest - which has been offering an ideal wilderness setting for fantastic Christian summer camp experiences since 1924.
Ryerson Camp offers weekly overnight camp experiences for children, teens and families. Campers sleep in rustic cabins nestled in the woods of Ryerson, meet three times a day in the Dining Hall for meals, spend time with their group throughout the day taking part in classic camp activities such as archery, low ropes, crafts, swimming and more!
Every afternoon we gather together as a camp in the Craft Shack for Session! Session is a time to sing songs, watch skits and hear a brief bible teaching.
We finish off everyday with a camp wide game or activity and end around a campfire.
Ryerson Camp is an accredited member of the OCA - Ontario Camps Association and the United Church of Canada Camping Association - meeting both organizations' standards to ensure safe and high quality programming for the campers we serve.
