Year Round Opportunity

Ryerson Camp is looking for an Operations Manager to help oversee site operations, build community connections, and support our ministry. This one-year, part-time contract is perfect for someone with Christian camping or ministry leadership experience who loves working behind the scenes to create a safe and welcoming space.

Qualifications:

Experience in Christian camping or ministry leadership
Minimum two years in a leadership role within the nonprofit sector
Strong administrative, financial management, and communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Access to a personal vehicle
